Custom Coils
Technical Glass, Inc is a producer of various different coils designs. We can produce volume specific UV coils using high grade quartz or suprasil, or standard Pyrex Coils used in a condenser unit. Using a custom engineered NC coil machine we are able to produce designs that have not been possible in the past. We have produced both the traditional coils shown above or coils that change diameter instead. With the NC coil machine we can maintain tight tolerances that includes volume, number of wraps, coil spacing and length. Our current capabilities are designed for smaller diameter coils 3" or less using material 1/2" or smaller. The biggest variable is the material itself !
